Contact Policy & Message Rules
In order for everyone to communicate safely and fairly, clear rules for messages and contact apply on SecretUndies. Violations are punished with the Strike System. Here you will find out what is allowed and what is not.
Why are there rules?
The rules protect everyone: They ensure safety, quality and trust. Those who adhere to it avoid misunderstandings and sanctions. Thus, the exchange remains factual and the platform usable for everyone.
What is allowed?
- Messages via the SecretUndies message system (inbox)
- Email addresses with the extension @ secretundies .com (e.g. support)
- Objective agreements on orders, shipping, wearing times
- Questions about products and offers
What is not allowed?
The following things may appear in news and product descriptions: not are divided:
- Telephone numbers
- Email addresses (except @secretundies.com)
- WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or other external contact details
- External URLs (e.g. to other shops or social media profiles)
The goal is: Everything important runs via SecretUndies – so payments, disputes and proof remain traceable.
Strike system explained
For violations of contact policies, the Strike system is applied:
1. Strike: Warning
You will receive a clear warning and be asked to follow the rules.
2. Strike: Another Warning
In the event of a further breach, a second warning is given. It is noted that the account will be blocked in the next breach.
3. Strike: Account suspended
In the third breach, your account will be blocked. A use of the platform is then no longer possible.
Strike reset: Strikes are automatically reset after 30 days without further violation. So you have the chance to stick to the rules without being punished permanently.
The rules also apply in product descriptions. No phone numbers, no external emails, no links to WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram. Keep all information within the platform.
Why these rules?
Security: Payments and disputes run through SecretUndies – escrow and support can only intervene in this way. Quality: Objective exchange reduces fraud and misunderstandings. Trust: Clear rules create fairness for buyers and sellers.
Frequent questions
Can I share my private email?
No. Private email addresses (i.e. everything except @secretundies.com) may not be shared in messages and descriptions. The exchange should run over the message system.
What happens in 3 strikes?
On the third strike, your account will be blocked. You can no longer use the platform. Avoid violations to prevent this – and use the strike reset after 30 days without a new violation.
Do the rules also apply to product descriptions?
Yes. Product descriptions must also not contain telephone numbers, external e-mails or links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or the like. Everything remains internal to the platform.
When will my strikes be reset?
Strikes are automatically reset after 30 days without further violation. As long as you stick to the rules during this time, you start again with zero strikes.
