Frequently asked questions
Do my points last forever?
Your rank uses points from the last 30 days. Older entries remain in your history but no longer count towards your current rank.
What if I miss a day?
Your streak restarts at one day on your next sign-in. Staying signed in or reloading a page does not count as a new sign-in. Your existing activity points keep their 30-day window.
Do all reviews count?
Points are awarded for approved product reviews from verified purchases with four or five stars.
Why did my product earn no points?
Upload points are awarded on first publication, up to the daily limit. Saving or publishing the same product again does not earn additional upload points.
What counts as timely order completion?
This bonus uses the time from order creation until its status changes to completed. It does not show when a parcel was shipped or delivered.
Why were my points corrected?
Cancelled, failed or refunded orders, as well as changed reviews, can lead to point corrections. These can change your point balance and activity rank.
Why does my rank not match my points?
A manually assigned rank may differ from the rank calculated from your points over the last 30 days. The displayed rank does not guarantee particular fees or sales.
How is the point-reversal bonus checked?
The bonus uses the ratio of order-related reversal entries in your points history to entries for completed orders over the last 30 days. This is not your shop's overall cancellation rate. The daily check may be delayed.
