Do I have to accept every request?
You decide what you offer. Discuss requests before an order and decline anything outside your boundaries or the marketplace rules.
Is the calculated amount my profit?
No. The calculator accounts for the plan price and the displayed sales commission. Your own costs are only deducted if you enter them in the field provided. An empty field means those costs are unknown and have not been deducted. Other expenses, taxes and working time are not calculated automatically. The result is neither profit nor an amount available for payout.
What does it cost to get started?
Choose a seller plan. Prices, product limits and the share paid to sellers may change, so check the current details in your account before activation.
How can I be discreet on the marketplace?
Use a shop name and carefully choose which profile details become public. Private contact details do not belong in listings or messages.
