4. Nature of the platform
SecretUndies.com is a marketplace for discreet trading of worn and unworn underwear. Contracts for the purchase of listed items are concluded between the respective buyers and sellers. The operator named in section 1 is responsible for the platform's own services. Whether a seller acts privately or commercially depends on their actual activities. Statutory obligations of commercial providers and mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
5. Company and professional information
The planned SecretUndies Ltd. has not yet been registered. No registration number or registered authorised representatives are therefore currently given for this company. Sebastian Rosenboom remains the provider personally until a change of operator has been announced.

7. Alternative dispute resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Complaints can no longer be submitted through that platform.
The operator is not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body unless required by law. Legally required procedures and your right to apply to courts or competent authorities remain unaffected. Complaints concerning the platform may be sent to the point of contact in section 2.
