SecretUndies.com is a C2C marketplace for discreet trading of worn and unworn underwear. SecretUndies mediates exclusively between buyers:inside and sellers:inside and does not become contractual partners of the purchase transactions. Sellers: Women act independently.

The company is subject to the commercial regulations of the Republic of Cyprus. There are no industry-specific professional supervisions or access requirements that go beyond the legal provisions.

SecretUndies is a service provider according to art. 6 DSA and Art. 14 of Directive 2000/31/EC is responsible for own content on these pages. For third-party content provided via Users, there is only liability if we become aware of a violation and do not take immediate action to remove the content or block access. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected.

9. Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external third-party websites on whose content we have no influence. We do not assume any liability for these third-party contents. Responsible is always the respective provider or operator of the sites. Unlawful content was not recognizable at the time of linking. If infringements become known, such links will be removed immediately.
