- Complete eligible verification steps only through official SecretUndies account controls.
- Keep profile, listings, timing, and order records accurate after a badge appears.
- Never present a trust indicator as a guarantee of product quality, income, or risk-free trade.
Understand the current badge criteria
Read the official account explanation for any verification or trust indicator available to you. Requirements and display rules can differ by badge and may change. Do not rely on another seller's screenshot or claim that a particular icon is automatic.
Submit required information only through the intended platform process. Never send passwords, payment credentials, or verification documents to a buyer or through an unsolicited link. Contact official support when a verification request or account message appears inconsistent.
Keep the public profile accurate
Your profile should describe the current product focus, typical preparation approach, and communication boundaries. Remove offers you no longer provide and avoid invented experience, customer numbers, or claims. A trust badge cannot repair a profile that is misleading or out of date.
Protect privacy while remaining useful. A seller name and product presentation do not need your legal name, home, workplace, or personal social account. Required private information belongs in official account, payout, or delivery fields.
Support trust with product-specific listings
Every listing should identify material, labelled size, condition, quantity, options, preparation, and shipping for the actual item. Use original photographs and inspect them for private background clues. Do not reuse a generic description that contradicts the pictured product.
Answer legitimate product questions clearly and identify uncertainty honestly. A badge does not entitle you to avoid evidence or promise results you cannot guarantee. Buyers need a listing they can compare, not a claim that verification makes checking unnecessary.
Handle orders and boundaries consistently
Keep accepted options, price, and timing in SecretUndies chat and use the platform checkout. Follow a repeatable preparation and packing routine. If a delay occurs, communicate it before the expected window expires where possible and provide a realistic next step.
Credibility does not require accepting intrusive requests. State boundaries, decline politely, and block or report repeated pressure. Moving a buyer to personal messages or external payment can expose private information and removes important order context.
Respond to feedback and account changes
Treat a factual buyer concern as a chance to compare listing, chat, and delivery. Resolve it in the order or involve support with the relevant evidence. Do not pressure buyers to change feedback or reveal their private details publicly.
Review badge and account status when your details, payout setup, or platform requirements change. If an indicator disappears, use official support rather than claiming a guaranteed entitlement. The strongest long-term trust signal remains a consistent, documented process.

Common questions
Does a badge guarantee more sales?
No. It may provide one trust signal, but demand depends on offer, price, presentation, service, competition, and other factors.
Should I send verification documents to a buyer?
No. Use only official platform controls. Buyers do not need your private verification documents to complete an order.
Can I call every listing verified?
Do not imply that an account indicator validates every product claim. Each listing still needs accurate material, condition, option, and delivery information.
What if my badge status changes?
Review official account information and contact support. Requirements may change, and no indicator should be treated as permanently guaranteed.
