📩 Did you not receive a confirmation mail?
First look at your Spam folders Sometimes the mail ends up there.
If it is not there, log in directly to your e-mail provider (e.g. GMX, Web.de) and check the spam folder Online – not only in the email program. These providers sometimes block certain mails.
If you do not find anything there, you may have missed your email address. Even a small letter turner can suffice. Check username and extension accurately.
If everything is correct and you still do not get the mail, Write to our support a message – ideally with your nickname and email address. We will help you as soon as possible.
🔑 I can’t log in anymore – what can I do?
First, check username and password for typos.
Forgot the password? Reset it via “Reset password”.
Deactivated or deleted account? Contact the support, we check the access.
🔗 The confirmation link does not work – now what?
Manually copy the entire link from the email to the address bar.
If this does not help, open a ticket in the support area. We will take care of it.
🔐 What happens to my data after registration?
No transfer to third parties. Use anonymously with nickname, without real photo, without public email.

Describe the problem precisely: what, where, since when.
Add nickname or customer number and send it via the Contact form to the support.
🚨 I want to report a user – how do I proceed?
Report offensive behavior or stolen content directly to support.
Optional customer number and email. Also possible via message function to the moderation team.
⏳ Why does a support request take so long?
Objective: Response within 48 hours. It can take longer on weekends.
No second ticket open, otherwise the case slides backwards.
Tip: Many answers are in the knowledge base.
🚫 Why has my account been suspended?
Blocks are made in case of rule violations, e.g. publication of e-mail addresses in the profile.
