Your seller package sets the subscription cost, sales platform fee and included tools. Your activity rank is separate: moving up a rank does not by itself change the agreed sales fee. Compare the total cost with the listings and orders you can realistically manage.

A low monthly price can suit a small shop even when the percentage fee is higher. A more expensive package may become relevant when a seller uses the larger listing allowance and completes enough sales for the lower platform fee to matter. There is no universal best package because catalogue size and sales volume differ.
The package page checked on 8 September 2026 lists Starter at €4.97 per month with a 20% platform fee, Premium at €14.97 with 15%, and VIP at €29.97 with 5%. Before subscribing or changing plans, compare the offer and checkout with the terms for your account. Ask support about any mismatch before confirming.
Match package tools to work you will actually do
Starter is currently presented with up to five products, shop and order access, a dashboard and a Growth preview. Premium lists up to 30 products, verification, a weekly boost and 30-day Growth Suite access. VIP lists unlimited products, a VIP badge, two weekly boosts, 90-day Growth Suite access and priority support.
Do not value a larger allowance simply because it is available. Thirty incomplete listings are less useful than five accurate ones. Check whether you can maintain the photographs, descriptions, messages and stock status before paying for more capacity, and treat visibility tools as aids rather than guaranteed sales.
Estimate what remains from an order
Start with the item amount received through the order and apply the platform percentage shown for your package. Then account separately for subscription cost, packaging, postage arrangements, item cost and your preparation time. The package table's 'you keep' figures refer to the sales split, not to profit after every business expense.
A simple estimate should use a conservative number of completed orders, not enquiries or profile views. Compare at least two scenarios: a quiet month and a stronger month. This shows whether a higher subscription still makes sense when sales vary and prevents a visibility feature from being treated as certain income.

Understand the payout sequence before selling
The published minimum withdrawal amount is €50, but reaching that amount does not automatically release a payout. Check which part of your balance is available, the status of the order and the payout requirements for your account. A sale notification alone does not tell you when money will reach your bank.
Keep order communication and payment within SecretUndies. An off-platform payment may appear to avoid a fee, but it separates the transaction from its listing, messages and support path. That makes disagreements harder to assess and can conflict with marketplace rules.
Review a package when the shop changes
Revisit the package after you have enough completed activity to compare expected and actual use. Useful questions include how many listings remained active, whether the allowance constrained the shop, which analytics were consulted and how the effective monthly cost compared with seller revenue.
If you already have a subscription, keep its confirmation and renewal terms with your seller records. A price advertised for a new booking does not explain what will happen to your current subscription. Before changing packages, check when the change takes effect, what you will pay and which allowance and fee apply.
