Platform Fee & Payout: How to Get Your Money
For each sale, SecretUndies will retain Platform fee from the selling price – the rest is Your share. How high the fee is, regulates Exclusively your subscription pack (Free, Starter, Premium, VIP). Your Rank (Bronze–Platinum) Activity, status and trust – He changes not Your sales percentages. Relevant are the values in your Dashboard.
How does this work?
The Platform fee is deducted from the sales proceeds (gross). You keep the remaining percentage of each sale. This amount will be credited to your balance.
Formulation on the seller side: Platform fee: Y % · You keep X % from each sale. Please do not use “commission” for the platform fee.
Platform fee per pack (subscription level)

- Free: Platform fee 25% 37,50 € for you (50 € × 75 %)
- Starter: Platform fee 20% 40 € for you (50 € × 80 %)
- Premium: Platform fee 15% 42,50 € for you (50 € × 85 %)
- VIP: Platform fee 0% → 50 € for you

When is the platform fee charged?
It becomes due once the sale is complete – when the order has been confirmed (or the deadline for confirmation has expired). the amount is deducted from the proceeds of the sale; Your share shall be credited to the credit.

Check minimum payment amount
Payment is possible from a minimum amount of 50 €. If your balance is under it, it accumulates further.
Request for payment
In the dashboard you can request the withdrawal (for example, to your bank account). The processing is carried out according to the platform standards (e.g. SEPA ).
Credit to the account
After processing and bank term, the money ends up in your account. Plan a few business days for the transfer.
You can only withdraw amounts from 50 €. Below this, the balance remains on your account and will be increased on further sales until you reach the 50 €.
Frequent questions
Does my rank affect the platform fee?
No. The rank shows Activity, status and trust. The fee at the product sale comes only from your Subscription pack. Details: Ranks & Activity.
Is the platform fee charged before or after shipping?
The Platform fee and the credit Your share will be charged when the sale is complete – after confirmation of the order (or after the confirmation period). The time may be before or after the physical shipment, depending on the expiration.
What happens to Refund?
If an order is refunded in full, your credited share will also be recovered or the balance adjusted. In the case of partial refund, the same shall apply pro rata.
Can I withdraw under $50?
No. The minimum payout amount is 50 €. You have to accumulate funds until you have at least 50 € to pay out.
How fast does the money get into my account?
After your withdrawal request, the transfer will be processed. Depending on the payment provider and bank, it usually takes a few working days (e.g. SEPA 1–3 working days). You can find more information in the dashboard or in the emails after your request.
