- Limit public profile details while providing required account information in the intended step.
- Remove identifying clues from images and keep personal contact details out of listings and chat.
- Use SecretUndies order, payment, and support tools instead of creating private side channels.
Public identity and account information
Choose a seller name that does not reveal your legal name, workplace, address, or another public profile. Your visible bio can explain product focus, usual timing, and boundaries without describing your private routine. Review visibility whenever you update your account.
SecretUndies or its service providers may need certain details for account, payment, payout, shipping, or legal obligations. That is different from publishing them. Enter required information only in the relevant secure field and do not copy it into listings or ordinary messages.
Images and hidden clues
Use your own product photographs with a neutral background. Before uploading, inspect mirrors, windows, documents, name tags, mail, other people, and distinctive location details. Crop or retake the image when an irrelevant clue is visible.
Do not rely on blur alone when the original scene contains sensitive information. Keep private originals organised and upload only the version needed for the listing. Product evidence should show material, cut, label, and condition without exposing your home or daily movements.
Chat boundaries and contact requests
Keep order-related communication in SecretUndies chat. You do not need to share a private phone number, personal social account, or email to complete a platform order. A buyer can ask a product question; you decide whether a custom request falls within your stated boundaries.
Use a short refusal when a request is intrusive or outside scope. Repeated pressure, threats, or attempts to obtain private contact details can be blocked and reported. Do not move the conversation elsewhere in the hope that the behaviour will improve.
Delivery and payout data
Shipping may require names, addresses, or carrier information depending on the chosen method. Use the order fields and a valid service. Discreet outer packaging can avoid announcing the contents, but cannot remove every operational label or data requirement.
Payout setup can also require identity or financial details. Complete it only through the official account flow. Never send bank, card, password, or verification information in buyer chat, and treat unsolicited requests for such data as a reason to stop and contact support.
Responding to a privacy concern
If you notice information in a listing or image that should not be public, remove or replace the content promptly and review similar listings. If another user has copied or threatened to share private data, preserve the relevant platform message and report it.
For a possible account compromise, use official password and account controls and contact support with the specific event. Share only what is needed to identify the issue. Do not publish the incident or another person's details as part of a public response.
Before you continue
Before making a seller profile or listing public, check:
- The visible seller name is not tied to unnecessary personal profiles
- Required account data appears only in the intended fields
- Images contain no documents, reflections, or location clues
- Personal contact details stay out of listings and buyer chat
- Shipping and payout use official platform processes
- Block, report, and support routes are understood
Common questions
Am I completely anonymous as a seller?
No. Account, payout, shipping, or legal processes may require data. You can reduce unnecessary public exposure and keep required details in their intended fields.
Do buyers need my private phone number?
No. A SecretUndies order should use platform chat and the provided order process rather than personal contact details.
Can a neutral parcel hide every detail?
No. It can avoid advertising the contents, while required carrier and delivery information may still appear.
What should I do after sharing something by mistake?
Remove or replace the content, review related listings, secure the account if necessary, and contact support when another user or an account issue is involved.
