How SecretUndies Rethinks Fees and Checkout
Anyone who shops will in future pay a service fee that matches the height of the shopping cart – instead of always the same amount on top. Sellers: insides see their terms in black and white in the selected package, and the complete purchase path is tailored to the marketplace, not a standard shop from the shelf.
Fairness in price, clarity in paying
Berlin, April 2026 – Not every order is the same – this is now reflected in the costs of SecretUndies. The team has revised fees and checkout so that no one asks themselves: “Why am I paying this?” Small and large purchases are displayed differently; At the same time, the rules for sellers remain comprehensible, without hidden special clauses.
The fee grows with the shopping cart – not arbitrarily
Instead of a rigid surcharge for every purchase – whether small or large – the service fee is now based on the shopping cart height. If a purchase falls back, the fee is charged during the refund process – without buyers having to write emails afterwards.
What sellers pay: inside is in the package
Who sells, chooses a subscription – from entry to premium. The platform commission depends on this package, and the conditions are readable for everyone. This eliminates the feeling that there is “an extra rule somewhere” that few know.
Multiple shops in one order – a clean bill
If something from Seller A and something from Seller B come together in a shopping cart, the shares are calculated separately. Fees should not end up double when buying or double when selling – especially for composite orders, this was a frequent request from the community.
Discount if paid by transfer
Customers from the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein receive a discount (for example on the value of the goods) if they pay by bank transfer. The instructions are in the shopping cart, at the checkout and on the confirmation. If you have not yet completed the transfer, you will optionally receive a reminder – so that the purchase does not fall by mistake.
No generic checkout, but marketplace logic
The path from “like” to “paid” is not a standard template, but adapted to offers, options and payment methods. Who uses the marketplace, notices the difference at the latest when it comes to additional options or several payment methods.
