“The useful number is not the headline fee. It is the amount left after the current platform terms, seller costs and the work required to complete an order.”
For buyers: start with the final order total
The checkout should show the product, selected options, delivery charge and any other amount applied to that transaction. Compare those fields with the listing before authorising payment. If a seller mentions a different charge in chat, ask for the order to be clarified rather than sending the difference privately.
Payment-method availability can vary. Choose only an option shown by SecretUndies and read its current instructions. Do not assume that a fee description, statement wording or refund route remains unchanged from an older guide.
For sellers: combine subscription and sales costs
A seller package may include a monthly charge, a platform percentage, listing allowances and account tools. Compare them as one model. A lower percentage is not automatically cheaper if the package costs more than the shop can justify, and a lower monthly price may not suit a larger catalogue.
Use the live package page and account notices as the final source. Build estimates from completed orders, not profile visits, enquiries or optimistic sales targets.
| Input | Where to verify it | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly package | Current package or account page | Count once per billing period |
| Platform fee | Current plan terms | Apply to the relevant completed-sale amount |
| Item and packing | Your own records | Include actual replacement and material costs |
| Postage arrangement | Listing and order | Separate buyer-paid amounts from seller expense |
| Working time | Your fulfilment log | Count listing, messages, preparation and dispatch |
Calculate seller proceeds without calling them profit
Start with the amount attributed to the seller under the current order and package rules. Subtract applicable platform costs, then account for the item, packaging, postage responsibility and working time. The result before tax and other obligations is still not automatically profit.
Run at least a quiet-month and a stronger-month scenario. This shows whether a package remains sensible when sales vary. Do not treat boosts, badges or catalogue capacity as guaranteed demand.
After the first completed orders, replace estimates with actual time and cost records. Review the package only when the sample is large enough to reflect ordinary work.
Order total, seller proceeds and final business profit answer different questions. Mixing them makes platform comparisons misleading.
Read wallet and payout statuses literally
A sale notice, completed order, wallet balance and withdrawable amount may represent different stages. Follow the wording in the seller account and current payout instructions. Do not promise yourself or another user that money will be available on a fixed day unless the account confirms it.
Check any threshold, verification step, payout method or hold shown for your account before planning cash flow. If a status appears inconsistent, contact support with the order reference and relevant date; never send passwords or one-time codes.
Keep every payment connected to its transaction
Buyers and sellers should not use a private transfer to avoid a displayed charge. Off-platform payment separates the money from the listing, order and support record. It can also expose names or banking details that would not otherwise be shared between users.
When a payment fails or appears twice, pause. Compare the SecretUndies account with the provider status before retrying, and report only the information needed to identify the transaction.
Coins, credits and cash balances are not interchangeable terms
If SecretUndies displays Coins, wallet credit or another internal balance, read the current description for that specific feature. Do not assume it can be withdrawn, transferred or used for every purchase. The live account and feature terms determine the available action.
Record promotional or internal value separately from seller proceeds in your own calculation. This prevents a non-cash benefit from being mistaken for payout income.
Review fees when your shop changes
Recalculate when your listing count, order volume, preparation cost or package changes. Save the current confirmation for your records and note the date used for any platform comparison. If your activity may create tax or business obligations, obtain advice appropriate to your location and circumstances; this guide does not make a legal or tax determination.
Questions that prevent fee surprises
What does a buyer pay?
The decisive amount is the total shown in the current checkout for that order. Review the item, options, delivery and any additional line before payment.
Which seller package is cheapest?
That depends on the current monthly charge, platform fee, listing needs and completed sales. Calculate at least two realistic volume scenarios.
When can a seller withdraw money?
Use the live wallet and payout instructions for the account. Order, balance and withdrawal statuses may not become available at the same time.
Are visibility tools guaranteed to increase sales?
No. Tools can affect presentation or reach, but demand, conversion and income should not be guaranteed.
Can users avoid fees with a private transfer?
Do not bypass the platform payment path. It exposes private details and disconnects the payment from the order record and support route.
