Marketplace basics
Sellers publish offers and buyers compare and order through platform tools.
SecretUndies does not guarantee sales, income, anonymity, or an incident-free transaction.
Buying
A buyer reviews listing and seller context, asks necessary questions, and uses checkout.
Payment and delivery details remain linked to the order.
Selling
A seller configures a profile, publishes accurate offers, sets boundaries, and fulfils confirmed orders.
Administrative processes may require non-public information.
Privacy and safety
Share only necessary data in designated fields and protect credentials.
A nickname or discreet parcel is not total anonymity.
Help
Guides answer common tasks; support handles individual account or order cases.
Provide concise references without sensitive credentials.
Choose the right route from a broad privacy question
A new buyer asking whether an order is private may mean public profile visibility, payment records, delivery labels, household access, or communication with a seller. These are different decisions. Start with the privacy overview, then inspect the current checkout method and shipping guide for the fields and records involved in the intended physical order.
A seller with the same broad question needs a different route covering public profile choices, required administrative processes, payout information, listing photos, and return or shipping labels. The FAQ can identify that route, but it cannot confirm what a specific account or provider currently requires. A live account or order discrepancy belongs with official support.
Understand how one marketplace order stays connected
The seller defines an available product, condition, options, price, preparation, and shipping within marketplace rules. The buyer compares the offer and uses chat only for a decision-changing question. Checkout then records the selected scope and payment status, while the order provides the context for preparation, dispatch, delivery, and any later review.
Moving a material change, payment, or delivery agreement to a private channel separates it from that chain. If the received item differs, the useful comparison is between the listing, accepted platform messages, selected variant, order status, and delivery evidence. Support can assess that record under current terms but cannot predetermine the outcome from a general FAQ.

Common questions
Does SecretUndies sell every item directly?
No. Independent marketplace sellers create and fulfil listings within current rules. Check the seller, product scope, and order terms, then use checkout for the selected offer.
Is anonymity guaranteed?
No. Public exposure can be limited, but account, payment, payout, delivery, or legal processes may require data. Review the relevant privacy and checkout guidance before continuing.
Are seller earnings guaranteed?
No. Demand, pricing, activity, plan features, and costs vary, so neither sales nor earnings are assured. Start with manageable listings and review actual results before expanding.
Where are detailed instructions?
Use the help centre to choose a buyer, seller, payment, shipping, privacy, or support guide. For a current account or order issue, continue through official support.
