SecretUndies buyer FAQ
This hub organises buyer questions by stage. Use it to find a focused guide before payment, during delivery, or when an individual order needs support.
- Locate the order stage.
- Use the focused guide.
- Take individual evidence to support.
Before selection
Choose category, size, material, and budget, then compare equivalent listings.
Product guides explain category-specific details.
Before checkout
Confirm variant, option, preparation, shipping, and total in platform context.
Do not accept external payment or contact pressure.
Privacy
Limit public data and use designated payment and address fields.
Never share credentials in chat.
Delivery
Check address, carrier method, and tracking when available.
Preparation and transit are different phases.
After delivery
Compare the item with listing and chat and document a specific difference.
Use support when direct order communication does not resolve it.
Find an answer before an order exists
Begin with the decision that is blocking selection. A buyer who cannot distinguish tights from hold-ups needs a category guide; someone comparing two bra labels needs the size and construction guide; someone who understands the item but questions the total needs price or checkout guidance. Opening several unrelated safety pages will not resolve a missing product fact.
After choosing the focused guide, return to the live listing and check whether it supplies the required item, size, material, condition, option, preparation, and delivery detail. Ask one concise question in listing chat only when the missing answer would change the purchase. If the offer remains ambiguous or pressure appears, remove it from the shortlist rather than forcing a checkout decision. Product guidance identifies what is being offered; checkout guidance explains how that chosen item becomes an order.
Find an answer after checkout has started
Once an order exists, begin with its own record instead of the broad buyer hub. A payment question needs the selected method, amount, time, and current status; a preparation question needs the listing window and seller updates; a transit question needs the dispatch record and private tracking. Naming the stage determines which evidence and guide are useful. A carrier scan cannot answer why checkout charged twice, and a payment receipt cannot establish what happened after dispatch.
For a delivered difference, compare the received item with the selected variant and accepted chat details, then describe the exact mismatch. Keep images focused and labels private. If direct order communication does not resolve the issue, send support one chronological case with the order number and requested review rather than repeating fragments across several channels. Include the outcome already requested from the seller so the next reviewer can see where direct resolution stopped.
