Payout calculator: what remains after fees?
A good seller package decision starts with the amount you actually keep. This guide compares Starter, Premium and VIP with simple examples so you can plan prices and product volume calmly. Updated: July 27, 2026. Your SecretUndies dashboard remains the binding source for active fees.
The simple formula
Start with the product price without shipping. Then apply the fee level of your package. Starter keeps 80% for you, Premium keeps 85% and VIP keeps 95%.
Formula: payout before shipping costs = sales price x your seller share.
- Starter: 20% marketplace fee, 80% seller share.
- Premium: 15% marketplace fee, 85% seller share.
- VIP: 5% marketplace fee, 95% seller share.
| Sales price | Starter 80% | Premium 85% | VIP 95% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 EUR | 16 EUR | 17 EUR | 19 EUR |
| 35 EUR | 28 EUR | 29.75 EUR | 33.25 EUR |
| 50 EUR | 40 EUR | 42.50 EUR | 47.50 EUR |
| 80 EUR | 64 EUR | 68 EUR | 76 EUR |
| 120 EUR | 96 EUR | 102 EUR | 114 EUR |
When does each package make sense?
Starter is useful when you are testing demand. Premium makes sense when you list regularly and need more product slots, verification and boosts. VIP becomes attractive when you manage a larger catalogue or sell at higher average prices.
The monthly fee is not the full decision. Also consider your number of active products, response routine, visibility needs and how much trust you can build through the marketplace.
Use the calculation for platform comparisons
When comparing TastySlips, CrazySlip, Buxerie, Feeterie or private channels, do not stop at a percentage. Check buyer protection, payout rules, support, shipping and how much trust you need to build manually.
A channel can look cheaper while creating more risk. For real selling, payout, demand, safety and repeatability matter together.
| Monthly sales | Starter payout | Premium payout | VIP payout | VIP gain vs Starter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 EUR | 80 EUR | 85 EUR | 95 EUR | +15 EUR |
| 250 EUR | 200 EUR | 212.50 EUR | 237.50 EUR | +37.50 EUR |
| 500 EUR | 400 EUR | 425 EUR | 475 EUR | +75 EUR |
| 1,000 EUR | 800 EUR | 850 EUR | 950 EUR | +150 EUR |
Do not read break-even in isolation
A break-even view helps, but it does not replace a realistic look at your routine. If you are rarely online, answer slowly or keep only a tiny catalogue, a larger package may not pay off yet. If you list regularly, answer messages reliably and set prices with care, lower fees can matter quickly.
Think in scenarios. One occasional sale favours a controlled test. Several orders per week, repeat buyers and a growing catalogue favour a package where visibility, product slots and fee advantage work together.
Set prices that still feel safe
A good price covers more than the marketplace fee. It should reflect material, wearing request, packaging, messaging time, special requests and your personal boundaries. If a deal works mathematically but feels wrong in practice, it is not a good deal.
Use the calculator as guidance, not pressure. You do not need to accept a price because it is possible on paper. Serious selling stays controlled: clear description, clear boundaries, marketplace payment and shipping only after the process is clean.
- No private payment detours: they make proof and support harder.
- No unclear custom requests: anything outside your rules stays excluded.
- No dumping prices: low prices can create wrong expectations and undervalue your time.
Checklist before switching packages
Before changing packages, check your current or expected sales data. Not every seller needs VIP immediately. At the same time, a small package can slow growth when product limit, visibility or fee level no longer fit your real volume.
- Product limit: are 5 active listings enough?
- Average price: the higher the price, the stronger a lower fee becomes.
- Response routine: visibility only helps when you can answer reliably.
- Verification: trust often matters more than the lowest price.
- Growth goal: are you testing, or do you want regular sales?

Use payout logic for Buxerie comparisons too
When you compare Buxerie, TastySlips or CrazySlip, do not stop at fee percentages. The Buxerie alternative connects fees, shipping, support and trust in one decision path.
Method and fee reference
The calculator uses only the values shown in its inputs and provides a scenario, not an income forecast. Current SecretUndies terms remain decisive. The official Stripe Connect pricing page illustrates why payment providers may charge account, payout or transaction fees depending on the model; those external prices are not automatically SecretUndies fees.
