Verified sellers enjoy more confidence with buyers and better placement. Here you will find out what verification means, how you get it and what you get automatically at Premium or VIP.
What does verification mean?
Verification signals: You are confirmed as a person or provider. This increases trust and improves your visibility in the ranking. Verified sellers are displayed preferentially in the search – under boosted and VIP/Premium offers.
How will I be verified?
There are three ways:
Automatic with Premium or VIP
If you book a Premium or VIP package, verification is included in the package. You don't have to request anything extra.
Buy: 15 € one time
You can purchase the verification once for 15 €. After that, you will remain verified (if no withdrawal is made due to violation or similar).
Application for free (upload)
You can submit a verification request and upload a proof. The examination is carried out by the team. With recognition, you are verified for free.
What is a verification proof?
For the free verification, you upload a proof that confirms your identity or your role as a provider. Common formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 5 MB. Exactly what kind of proof is required is indicated in the instructions in the dashboard or in the emails after your request.

Frequent questions
Do I lose verification on Refund or Chargeback?
Normal refunds or individual chargebacks usually do not lead to the withdrawal of verification. However, verification can be withdrawn for serious or repeated violations of the guidelines. Details are in the GTC or guidelines.
Is verification for Premium/VIP free?
Yes. For Premium and VIP, verification is included in the package. You do not pay an extra 15 € and do not have to make a separate application – with the package you are automatically verified.
How long does the examination take for the free application?
The processing time can vary. You will receive an email response. When asking for proof, simply follow the support instructions.
Can I have the 15€ verification refunded later if I book Premium?
This depends on the GTC. As a rule, the one-time payment is non-refundable if you later switch to Premium/VIP. For detailed regulations see GTC or Support.
