- Agree on shipping method, preparation window, and discreet outer packaging before payment.
- Use delivery information only in the intended order and carrier fields.
- Keep dispatch status and any material difference documented inside the SecretUndies order.
Confirm shipping before checkout
A seller controls packing and planned dispatch, but cannot guarantee every carrier notification, routing event, or delivery time. Discreet does not mean technically anonymous. Necessary payment, address, carrier, and legal data may still be processed in the relevant step.
Use suitable inner and outer packaging
Inner packaging protects the agreed item and keeps the order together. Outer packaging should be stable and avoid unnecessary references to the contents or marketplace. It must still meet carrier requirements, and any required label remains visible.
Sellers benefit from a fixed packing sequence: open the order, match item and options, inspect the package, seal it, and verify the label. Never publish full shipping labels or send photographs of them in chat when a limited status update is enough.
Enter a valid delivery destination
Buyers should use a real address or supported collection option that is valid for the selected carrier. Names, account numbers, postal codes, and collection-point details must follow that service's rules. Invented or incomplete data increases failed delivery and does not create reliable privacy.
Correct an address before dispatch and keep the change inside the order. Once the carrier has accepted the parcel, rerouting may be limited. Sellers should not copy delivery details into ordinary messages unless the platform process genuinely requires clarification.
Manage tracking and notifications
Tracking can provide useful evidence, while email and push previews may reveal that a delivery is expected. Buyers who share devices should review notification settings. A delayed scan does not automatically mean the parcel is lost or that the seller acted improperly.
Sellers keep the receipt and last available status attached to the transaction. After the agreed window, both parties should discuss the confirmed facts in the existing chat. Avoid opening several separate conversations, which can scatter relevant information.
Check receipt and document a problem
On receipt, compare the contents and agreed options with listing and chat. For visible damage or a material difference, photograph only the relevant area. Keep your home, complete address label, and unrelated private details outside the evidence.
For damage, missing contents, or a substantially overdue parcel, create a short timeline with order number, dispatch status, and specific issue. Try direct resolution within SecretUndies, then ask support to review the documented transaction if it remains unresolved.
Before you continue
Confirm these points for a discreet and traceable delivery:
- Method and preparation window are known before checkout
- Inner and outer packaging suit the item and privacy need
- Delivery data appears only in valid order and carrier fields
- The address or collection point supports the shipment
- Receipt and tracking remain connected to the order
- Any problem is documented narrowly without exposing private data
Common questions
Is discreet shipping fully anonymous?
No. The package can avoid advertising its contents, while the order and carrier may still require payment and delivery information.
Can I use a parcel locker?
Only if the selected carrier and shipment type support it. Follow that carrier's account, addressing, and collection rules.
What if tracking stops updating?
Wait through the agreed window, check the last confirmed status, and ask in the order chat. Contact support if the discrepancy remains open.
Which photos help with a shipping problem?
Show the package damage, wrong item, or missing feature only. Exclude full address labels and unnecessary private surroundings.
