What is the Buyer Service Fee?

When is it calculated?
The fee is applied to the value of your order – depending on the order amount. It is charged only once per order, not per item.

Your shopping cart is worth 50 €. Since 50 € is in the range 40–79.99 €, 2 € Added buyer service fee. So you pay a total of 52 € (plus shipping if necessary).
- The fee is charged only once per order.
- It appears clearly in the shopping cart before closing.
- For orders from several sellers (multi-vendor), the fee applies only to the main order value – not several times per seller.
Refund policy: What happens on return?
Full return: If the entire order is returned and refunded, the buyer service fee will also be refunded.
Partial return: In the event of partial return, the fee will be refunded proportionally – depending on the amount refunded.
Why is there this fairy?
The fee helps to finance the operation of the platform: secure payments, escrow system, support and technical infrastructure. In this way, the marketplace remains usable and safe for everyone.

No. The buyer service fee is charged once per order – based on the total value of your order.
