Understand the buyer service fee at checkout
Check the complete checkout summary before paying. It should show the product, selected options, delivery, buyer service fee and total for your current order. Use the amount displayed immediately before confirmation rather than an old screenshot, example or previous purchase.
Where to review the fee
The current checkout is the decisive view. Open the breakdown and compare it with your basket and selected options.
Do not confirm payment while a line item remains unclear.
Separate product price from service fee
The product price describes the seller's listing. A separately shown service fee belongs to the marketplace transaction and should not be confused with delivery or product options.
Keeping those items separate makes price comparisons easier to understand.
Why an example cannot replace checkout
Fee models and presentation can change. A past order, help article or another user's screenshot may not calculate your current basket.

Compare complete order totals
For similar products, compare the full amount including delivery and visible fees. A low product price may not result in the lowest total.
Review listing detail, seller profile and included scope as well. The cheapest total is not automatically the best fit.
Handle an unexpected line item
Check quantity, options, delivery address and shipping method first. Refresh the basket once and review the breakdown again.
If the discrepancy remains, record the view without sensitive payment data and contact support before confirming.
Keep the transaction linked to the order
Retain the order summary until completion. It links the displayed line items to the transaction and supports a later question.
Do not trigger a second payment while the first transaction status remains unclear.
