The following pages are understandable help for everyday life on the marketplace and do not replace legal or tax advice. For mandatory information, the sections ‘Consumer Information’ and ‘Withdrawal Policy’ shall apply as well as: GTC and Data protection.

Consumer information

The following consumer information applies to the use of SecretUndies .com as well as to purchase contracts concluded via the platform between Sellers and Buyers. They are aimed at consumers:in German, Austrian and Swiss law as well as at other users:in the European Union. Legally binding rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

1. Contractual partners: in & role of SecretUndies

SecretUndies Ltd, Pentadaktilou Street 35, 7081 Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus, operates the online marketplace SecretUndies .com. SecretUndies mediates exclusively between sellers:inside and buyers:inside. Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between the respective users:inside. SecretUndies does not become a contracting party to the purchase contracts and is not liable for service disruptions arising from these contracts.

2. Essential characteristics of the goods

The goods are in particular worn or unworn underwear as well as supplementary articles, which are described in detail by sellers. The essential features result from the respective product description. Sellers: insiders are obliged to present the condition (“worn” or “unworn”), packaging, material details and special characteristics truthfully.

3. Conclusion of the contract

  1. Advertisements on SecretUndies .com are not yet a binding offer.
  2. Buyers: insiders make a binding purchase offer via the platform (e.g. by clicking on “buy now” or a comparable button).
  3. Sellers: insiders can accept or reject the offer. Upon acceptance, the purchase contract arises.
  4. Confirmations of receipt of the order are sent automatically, but are not considered as acceptance unless otherwise stated.

4. Prices, Fees & Taxes

All prices are given in euros (or a specifically indicated currency) and are understood – if sellers are entrepreneurs – including statutory sales tax. Sellers: insiders are responsible for the correct tax treatment. SecretUndies collects a Package-dependent platform fee on the successful selling price; the set depends on the selected seller:inside package (e.g. Free, Premium, VIP with different sets). Your share and the Amount of the platform fee In the user account or dashboard displayed before closing the transaction; An overview of the packages can be found under the subscription packs. Fees are transparently displayed before a transaction is concluded.

5. Types of payment

Payment processing takes place via external payment service providers (e.g. Stripe). Allowed payment methods (credit card, instant transfer, wallets, etc.) are displayed during the payment process. SecretUndies does not receive complete payment data, but only settlement and status information. Additional fees of payment service providers shall be transparently displayed.

6. Conditions of delivery

Shipping method, delivery time and costs are determined by the respective sellers and communicated in the product description or in the checkout process. Sellers: insiders are obliged to use discreet, hygienic packaging and comply with agreed delivery times. Shipping is exclusively to adult recipients:inside.

7. Digital Content and Coins

Coins are digital platform currency without legal tender status. Coins can only be used for additional functions on SecretUndies .com. By using a coin-based feature, the coin balance loses its interchangeability; A redemption or withdrawal is excluded.

8. Warranty and customer service

For claims for defects arising from purchase contracts, only the participating sellers are responsible. Consumers have the legal warranty rights of their country of residence. SecretUndies provides communication and moderation channels, but is not a vicarious agent of the sellers:innen.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. SecretUndies is not obliged and in principle not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. Within the platform, an internal complaints procedure under the Digital Services Act is available.

10. Contract language and storage

The contract language is basically German; Other languages may be available as an option. Users receive transaction details in their account area and can retrieve them there. SecretUndies does not permanently store the contract text for consumers:inside retrieval.

11. Information for consumers: inside under German & Austrian law

In addition to the above-mentioned information, the legal information obligations apply according to art. 246a § 1 EGBGB (Germany) or § 4 FAGG (Austria). Insofar as sellers act as entrepreneurs, they must independently ensure compliance with these obligations (e.g. clear information on identity, address, right of withdrawal, warranty, contract text storage).

12. Information for consumers: women in Switzerland

For users in Switzerland, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) and other applicable regulations apply. Sales are carried out as private contracts between the parties. SecretUndies supports in disputes over the internal complaints procedure.

Revocation policy

Consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal if they conclude contracts with entrepreneurs (B2C). In the case of C2C contracts (private to private) there is regularly no legal right of withdrawal. Sellers: However, insiders can voluntarily grant a right of withdrawal. The following instruction is a pattern for entrepreneurs:women on SecretUndies .com.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or an unauthorized person named by you took possession of the goods.

2. Exercise of withdrawal

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller(s) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this Agreement, the Seller(s) shall:repay to you all payments received by him/her from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different mode of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation was received. This repayment will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform the sellers of the revocation. The period is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You will bear the immediate costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Value replacement

They shall only be liable for any depreciation of the value of the goods if that depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Reasons for exclusion and extinction

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene ()e.g. worn underwear) if their seal has been removed after delivery. Sellers: inside can consider further legal reasons for exclusion.

Sellers who act as entrepreneurs are obliged to inform consumers about the right of withdrawal in good time before the conclusion of the contract. In case of doubt, legal advice should be sought in order to correctly reflect national specificities (e.g. in Germany, Austria or Switzerland).

Delivery, Payment & Fee Conditions

This document specifies the general terms and conditions of SecretUndies .com in relation to shipping, payment processing, fees and coin use. It applies to all registered users:in, unless a more specific agreement has been made between Buyer:in and Seller:in.

1. Shipping and delivery principles

  • Shipping is carried out exclusively by the respective sellers:inside.
  • Sellers: insiders undertake to hygienic, discreet packaging without inferring the contents.
  • The offered delivery time is obligatory. Delays must be communicated to the buyer immediately.
  • Dispatch may be made only to persons of full age; an age test (e.g. ID check) may be required.
  • Sellers: inside document shipping proofs (delivery receipt, tracking number) and provide them in case of dispute.

2. Shipping Types & Costs

Sellers: Inside define the available shipping methods (e.g. standard, express, insured). Corresponding costs are shown in the offer or in the checkout. Purchaser:Insides bear the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. SecretUndies recommends insured shipping.

3. Delivery area & customs

Shipping within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein is generally permitted, provided national regulations are complied with. For deliveries outside Cyprus, Sellers are responsible for any customs formalities. Purchasers shall bear any import duties and taxes of their country of residence.

4. Payment processing

  • Payments are made through the integrated payment service provider (e.g. Stripe). Allowed means of payment are displayed in the checkout.
  • SecretUndies does not receive complete payment data; Transactions take place via encrypted interfaces of the service provider.
  • Buyers: inside authorize SecretUndies to pay the platform fee from the payment amount within the framework of the payment service provider.
  • Fraud prevention: Conspicuous transactions can be automated or checked manually. Payments can be withheld until clarification.

5. Platform fees

SecretUndies levies on the net sales of the sellers:The following percentage fees (ranking system):

  • Bronze: 25 %
  • Silver: 20%
  • Gold: 15 %
  • Platinum: 10 %

The classification is based on objective criteria (e.g. sales, evaluations, behavioural history). Changes to the rank status are communicated transparently. Additional optional service fees (e.g. boosts) are shown individually before use.

6. Payments to sellers: inside

Payments are made via the payment service provider to the deposited bank details or wallet. The prerequisite is a successful delivery and the absence of disputes. SecretUndies may temporarily freeze payments for suspected misuse, chargebacks or DSA notifications.

7. Cancellation fees

Cancel Buyers: In the contract before shipping, the platform fee is waived. Payment service provider costs already incurred can be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of cancellations by sellers: insides, warnings or rank corrections can be made.

8. Coins & Additional Services

  • Coins are sold exclusively via SecretUndies. The purchase price is displayed before closing.
  • After purchase, coins are available in the user account and can be redeemed for additional functions (e.g. chat, boosts).
  • Consumed coins are excluded from refund. In the case of account blocks, remaining coins can expire (see GTC).
  • Changes to the coin offer will be announced with a reasonable period of time.

9. Chargebacks

In the case of chargebacks, SecretUndies supports sellers: insiders in the verification. Incorrect or fraudulent chargebacks can lead to the account suspension of the buyers:inside. SecretUndies reserves the right to pass on any fees incurred to the causing party.

10. Debt collection and dunning services

SecretUndies does not operate its own debt collection. Open demands between users: inside must be clarified directly. SecretUndies may restrict or block accounts in the event of repeated late payments.

11. Complaints and conflict resolution

Claims must first be resolved bilaterally. If no solution is determined within five working days, the SecretUndies support team can be activated. SecretUndies will reasonably decide on measures (e.g. refund, warning, ban).

12. Amendments

SecretUndies may change these delivery and payment terms if there are factual reasons (e.g. regulatory requirements, new payment services). Changes are announced at least 14 days before effectiveness.

Cookie & Consent Policy

This policy explains which cookies, scripts and similar technologies SecretUndies .com uses, how you can manage your consent and what rights you have. It complements the data protection declaration.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. We also use comparable technologies (e.g. local storage, pixels, fingerprinting). They serve the operation of the platform, security and – if you agree – analysis and personalization.

3. Consent management

  • On the first visit, you will receive a Consent banner with the categories “Necessary”, “Comfort”, “Analysis/Marketing”.
  • Necessary cookies are essential for operation and cannot be deactivated.
  • All other categories are opt-in and can be changed or revoked at any time via “cookie settings” in the footer.

  • Consent Manager: Usercentrics (EU server). Stores consents and anonymous ID.
  • Matomo (On-Premise): IP anonymization, no cross-site tracking, opt-out via consent banner possible.
  • Stripe: Sets necessary cookies for fraud detection and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare turnstiles: (optional) protection against bots on forms.

6. Revocation and administration

You can revoke or adjust your consent at any time via the link “Cookie settings” in the footer. Alternatively, delete cookies in the browser or activate Do-Not-Track. Some functions may then no longer be fully available.

Youth protection and security

SecretUndies.com is intended exclusively for persons of legal age (18+). This Directive sets out measures for age verification, prevention of access to minors and safety standards for responsible use.

1. Age restriction

  • Access, registration and transactions are only allowed for persons over the age of 18.
  • Already when the website is called up, an age gate with mandatory notification takes place.
  • Profiles of minors are blocked immediately and data deleted, provided that there are no legal storage obligations.

2. Age verification

SecretUndies uses a multi-level model:

  1. Self-declaration: Users: females confirm their age when registering.
  2. Risk-based testing: In the event of anomalies (e.g. notes from users, unusual activities), an additional identity check is required.
  3. Verification procedure: Use of an external service provider (e.g. IDnow) with ID check, bank account link or Postident equivalent.

3. Prohibited Content & Messages

Strict prohibitions apply to representations showing or suggesting minors, involving incapable persons or containing pornographic content. Infringements are consistently reported, deleted and forwarded to competent authorities.

4. Preventive measures

  • Automated filters detect terms that indicate minority or illegal activity.
  • Moderation team reviews reported content within 24 hours.
  • Regular sample checks of profiles, offers and chats.
  • Partnerships with specialized NGOs to continuously improve the protection of minors.

5. Notes & Contact

Please report suspected cases or use the reporting form in the user account. Incoming messages are processed prioritized, in an emergency within a few hours.

6. Training and awareness

SecretUndies regularly trains employees of the Trust & Safety Team on youth protection, forensic security and communication with authorities. Users: insiders receive safety instructions in the onboarding and in the FAQ.

7. Cooperation with authorities

SecretUndies cooperates with national contact points (e.g. Cypriot police authorities, German Commission for Youth Media Protection, Austria). KommAustria, Swiss KJM. Legal requests for information shall be answered in a timely manner.

8. Review and audit

The concept of protection of minors is evaluated at least annually. Adaptations to legal requirements (e.g. JMStV, Youth Media Protection Act, AVMD Directive) will be implemented immediately.

Moderation & DSA procedure

SecretUndies.com is committed to transparent, fair moderation processes in accordance with the Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065. This document explains the internal processes from the notification to the complaint decision.

1. Basic principles

  • Protection of users: inside, respect for freedom of expression and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Proportionate measures, transparent communication and documented decisions.
  • No discrimination based on personal characteristics or legally protected characteristics.

2. Notice & Action System (Art. 16 DSA)

  1. Notification of illegal content via form in the user account, e-mail to or through Trusted Flaggers.
  2. Mandatory information: URL/ID, description, legal basis, if applicable, evidence.
  3. Confirmation of receipt within 24 hours.
  4. Review by moderation team within 48 hours (extended in complex cases).
  5. Decision (removal, blocking, rejection) with a designated legal and contractual framework.

3. Statement of Reasons (Art. 17 DSA)

Affected Users:Inside receive a reasoned decision with the following information:

  • Concrete content (ID, timestamp)
  • Measure taken (e.g. removal, restriction of visibility, lock)
  • Legal or GTC-based basis
  • Technical means used (e.g. automated detection)
  • Reference to remedies (internal complaints procedure, out-of-court bodies)

4. Internal Complaint Mechanism (Art. 20 DSA)

Users: Inside can file a complaint against decisions within six months. Expiry date:

  1. Submission via the complaint form or by e-mail to .
  2. Review by an independent Trust & Safety team (not identical to first auditor:in).
  3. Decision within 14 days (extension possible in complex cases).
  4. Result: confirmation, modification or repeal of the measure with reasons.

5. Trusted Flaggers (Art. 22 DSA)

SecretUndies works with EU-designated Trusted Flaggers. Notifications from these bodies are given priority, decision within 24 hours. Abuse leads to reporting to the competent coordinating body.

6. Repeated infringements

  • In the event of multiple legal violations, accounts can be gradually restricted or permanently blocked.
  • In the event of commercial infringements, a notification to the DSA Coordinator:innen is possible.

7. Automated detection

SecretUndies uses automated filters (blacklist, pattern recognition). Decisions are humanely reviewed before implementation, except in urgent cases (e.g. child or youth danger). Users are informed about the use of automated systems.

8. Cooperation with authorities

Requests from law enforcement authorities or administrative bodies shall be about: adopted. SecretUndies checks legitimacy and responds within legal deadlines.

9. Transparency report (Art. 15 DSA)

SecretUndies publishes at least annually a transparency report with key figures on notifications, measures, complaints, automated detections and cooperation. The current report is available on the transparency side.

10. Suspension of obviously unlawful content

In the event of serious violations (e.g. child pornography, violence, terrorism), the account is immediately removed, blocked and reported to competent authorities.

11. Compensation and reinstatement

If measures are lifted after a successful complaint, SecretUndies restores the original condition and informs affected parties. In case of errors, a written apology and internal follow-up training will be arranged.

Safety & Abuse Policy

This policy describes how SecretUndies .com handles security incidents, suspected fraud, spam, technical failures and other abusive activities.

Please report suspicious activity or use the support ticket system. The following information helps with fast processing:

  • Account name or profile URL
  • Description of the incident (e.g. phishing, fraud, technical vulnerability)
  • Time and Screenshots/Logs
  • Contact possibility for inquiries

2. Reaction times

Abuse messages are prioritized:

  • critical (e.g. security incident, minors): First response within 6 hours
  • high (e.g. fraud attempt, account takeover): within 12 hours
  • standard (e.g. spam, GTC violation): within 24 hours

3. Technical security

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption and HSTS for all endpoints
  • Regular penetration tests and bug bounty program (by invitation)
  • 2-factor authentication for administrators: inside and optional for users: inside
  • Strengthening of infrastructure (WAF, rate limiting, bot detection)

4. Management of security incidents

  1. Incident Response Team (IRT) activated.
  2. Risk assessment and containment.
  3. Notification of affected users: authorities, if necessary (Art. 33/34 GDPR).
  4. Analysis, correction and follow-up report in the Transparency Report.

5. Fraud prevention

  • Automatic risk analysis by Stripe Radar.
  • Manual verification of unusual transaction patterns.
  • Escrow logic: Payouts only after shipping proof and expiration of conflict periods.
  • Blacklisting of repeatedly flashy IP addresses and devices.

6. Spam and Phishing

SecretUndies blocks known spam patterns by means of banner lists and heuristic filters. Users: Inside receive information on the recognition of phishing mails. Suspicious messages are automatically isolated.

7. Responsible disclosure

Security expert: inside can vulnerabilities confidential report. Please no public disclosures before we have had time to fix them. We confirm the receipt within 48 hours and inform about the further procedure.

8. Sanctions for abuse

  • Warning or temporary restriction on first-time violations.
  • Permanent suspension for serious or repeated infringements.
  • Disclosure to authorities in the event of criminal acts.

10. Continuous improvement

Lessons learned from incidents flow into processes, technology and training. The policy shall be updated at least half a year.

Conditions for Affiliate & Creator Programs

This document regulates the terms and conditions of participation for the affiliate program as well as the creator program of SecretUndies .com. It complements the general terms and conditions and specific contractual documents.

1. Conditions for participation

  • Minimum age 18 years, valid user account on SecretUndies .com.
  • Complete and truthful information in the registration document (name, address, tax ID or VAT number).
  • Consent to these terms and conditions as well as to the GTC and data protection provisions.
  • Testing and unlocking by the SecretUndies team.

2. Compensation model affiliate program

  • Commission for qualified purchases generated through affiliate links.
  • standard fee: 10 % of net turnover; Special rates according to individual agreement.
  • Cookie duration 30 days (last click). Chargebacks or cancellations lead to the commission deduction.
  • Monthly payouts from minimum amount of 50 €. Amounts of this amount will be carried over in the following month.

3. Remuneration model Creator program

  • Creators receive basic fees for content creation (e.g. photos, blog posts, tutorials) according to a separate briefing.
  • Additional bonuses for achieving defined KPIs (e.g. sales, leads, engagement).
  • Under the agreement, rights of use for submitted content are transferred to SecretUndies as a simple, worldwide, time-unlimited license.

4. Tracking and reporting

Affiliate links contain unique tracking parameters. SecretUndies provides a dashboard that shows sales, clicks, commissions and payout status. Creators receive reports on performance indicators and feedback rounds.

5. Duties of Affiliate Partners:

  • Compliance with all legal provisions (e.g. UWG, TMG, E-Commerce Directive, GDPR).
  • Advertising content must be marked as advertising (e.g. #advertising, “Advertising”).
  • No misleading statements, no health promises, no devaluation of competitors.
  • Prohibition of spam, cookie dropping, brand bidding on protected keywords, incentive without approval.

6. Duties of the Creator:Inside
