How does the service work?

The process is deliberately kept simple. You don’t have to learn complicated workflows – we’ll do the work for you.

Booking service: After your creator release, you can book the managed service. We create an individual offer.

Frequent questions

How much does the managed service cost?

We offer three packages: Basis (199€ once + 49€/month for up to 20 items), Premium (299€ once + 149€/month for up to 50 items + communication) and Full service (499€ one-time + 299€/month or 5% turnover for everything included). Additional items cost 5€ (base) or 4€ (premium) per item.

Can I book the service later?

Yes, absolutely. You can switch from self-management to managed service at any time. Just make contact, and we discuss the details.

How fast is the shop setup?

After booking the managed service, we set up your shop within 2-3 working days. You provide us with the required materials, we do the rest.

Can I book individual services?

Yes, we also offer individual services. For example, you can only let the product texts or only the communication take over. Contact us for an individual offer. The prices are based on our package prices.

How does the payout work for full service?

With full service you pay either 299€/month lump sum OR 5% of your monthly turnover – whichever is higher. Minimum is 299€ / month, maximum 15% of the turnover. At low sales, you pay the lump sum, at high sales it scales with success.

When is the managed service worthwhile?

The managed service is worth it if your time is more valuable than the service fee. With 20 items/month you save about 8 hours/week for shop management. The more items you sell, the more time you save. Ideal for creators who want to focus on content creation.

What happens at termination?

You can cancel the Managed Service at any time. Your shop will remain, then you simply take over the administration yourself. No long notice periods.

Do I need to book the service to become a creator?

No, the managed service is optional. You can also work independently as a creator. The service is only an option for creators who do not have time for shop management.
