In the menu item Products You create your articles – whether worn briefs, socks, tops or other offers. Enter a clear title, set a prize (with or without an offer), select suitable categories and write a short and detailed description. The better and more individual your texts, the greater your sales opportunities. Use it for this SecretBrain – our integrated AI that helps you write emotionally compelling product descriptions.
Answer messages
Communicate about Messages anonymous with your buyers: inside. Your identity remains fully protected – you can safely chat, set limits and report any message in case of doubt. Our technology automatically detects problematic content. For you, this means: full control with maximum protection. Responses in a timely and friendly manner increase your sales opportunities.
Orders and turnover
Underground Orders see all sales with details on payment status, shipping time and buyer:in. Plan your shipments, mark shipped products and always stay up-to-date. In the area: Payments See what you earned on a daily basis – including refunds and commissions. So you always know how much you really get. Send your products discreetly as provided in your package – including proof of shipping.
Shop settings, subscription management & support
In the menu item Memberships manage your Seller:Inside package – i.e. your current subscription (e.g. Free, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months Queen level). You can upgrade or cancel here. Underground Settlements Control your notifications, profile information, visibility, profile picture and much more. The Support is at your side for questions or problems – either by message or directly via e-mail. Especially as a queen-level seller: you get preferred support with direct feedback.
Reviews and Trust
Good reviews increase your confidence in the marketplace and bring you more sales. Buyers: insiders can submit a review after each order. You will see: the more reliable and sympathetic your appearance, the higher your stars. Actively use this feature for your positioning.
Refunds & Conflicts
If something goes wrong, don’t panic. You can request refunds or clarify with our team. We protect you from unfair buyers and clarify all requests fairly. Our support team acts discreetly and solution-oriented should problems arise.
