1. Finding desired product

Browse through the categories or use the search function. You can also view individual shops to see all the products of a particular provider.

2. Put in the shopping cart

Click on “Into the shopping cart”. You can collect several products or go straight to the checkout. In the shopping cart you can adjust quantities or remove products again.

3. Pay safely and anonymously

We pay through our internal system. The providers do not see your real name or your account data. The processing is completely anonymous.

4. Shipping & Packaging

After payment, the provider is informed. The products are packaged anonymously and discreetly – without logos, hints or conclusions about the content. The shipment takes place as soon as possible depending on the provider:in.

5. News when needed

If you have questions or would like to express wishes, you can write anonymously with the provider before and after the purchase – via our internal messaging system.

6. Order received

You will receive your order in neutral packaging to the address you have deposited. No one recognizes what you ordered – not even on the sender.

7. Submit assessment (optional)

After completing your order, you can submit a review. This helps other buyers: inside and shows providers that you were satisfied.
